## Description

Unpaid Carers play an enormous role in contributing to the economy, by assisting to sustain our NHS, our social care support system and society itself\. In recognition of this, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council and the NHS Clinical Commissioning Group in Southend-On-Sea, is joint funding a project to improve, support and empower the lives of unpaid Carers\. The Council will be inviting bids for project related funding up to £50,000 per project\. We are holding a Provider engagement event on 8th June 2018 to share information about this opportunity and engage with the market\.
