Description
The scope of the project is the implementation of a new main housing management system at CGA. The existing system was implemented by Preston City Council in 1999, and brought over to CGA in 2005. Functions • Rent Accounting • Rent Recovery • Lettings • Right To Buy • Service Charges • Tenancy Management • Voids • Gateway Greencare • Handyman Services The Contract term is an initial period of 5 years with an option to extend for up to 2 additional years).
