## Description

DfT would like to commission work from Arup to look at the traffic and economic impact of removing tolls between 10pm and 6am across the Severn Bridge\. The analysis would use the model that Arup have developed for its work on tolling across the Severn Bridge and would be consistent with the approach used in early modelling of toll changes across the Severn Bridge\.
