Award of a call off contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Literacy & Numeracy for prisoners at HMP Elmley. This provision is designed to enhance our strategic vision for reaching out to the prisoner groups which are hard to reach and to offer alternatives to the Prison Education Provision (Core Education Delivery) by facilitating and delivering a peer-led programme to address low literacy and numeracy.
