## Description

A call-off from Lot A of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 \(Published 4 March 2022\)\. The service consists of the consultant undertaking a feasibility study for high-quality on-road segregated cycle connections that open-up new cross-city cycle journey opportunities combined with Low Traffic Neighbourhoods \(LTNs\) and controlled crossings at points of severance on busy roads to connect together the LTNs\. The deliverables consist of a feasibility report \(in DfT format\), plans, cost estimate and bill of quantities, AMAT spreadsheet \(inc\. BCR\) and logic maps\.
