## Description

This tender is for Brackenhurst Hall Asbestos Removal, Brackenhurst Campus, Southwell, Newark, Notts\. NG250QF\. Due to the presence of great crested newts within the basement the works will need to be carried out in two phases\. The ground and upper floors from August/September this year and the basement will need to be completed in April/ May 2024\. There is also a requirement for the asbestos removers in the basement to be trained to deal with the newts if they were to encounter them\. It is anticipated that the training would last for a day for the team and this needs to be allowed for this within tender submissions\.
