FUTURE PLACE II DEVELOPMENT / DELIVERY FRAMEWORK CONSULTANCY

Gateshead Council is seeking a Consultant to produce an illustrated Development/Delivery Framework for the area identified as Future Place II (within the Urban Core area of Gateshead). This may be a lead consultant which then subcontracts to other consultants to cover elements of the brief or a single consultant able to cover all elements of the brief. This is an extension of the area identified during the Future Place work developed by Architects GT3 in 2019 as part of the RIBA Future Place work.
