Tender for the Provision of Advertising Services

Halton Borough Council is looking for supplier(s) to provide either: media buying services; direct provision of print or online/digital advertising.Advertising forms an important part of the Council's overall marketing activity and is used to promote/deliver statutory and other relevant information about the Council services to the residents of Halton.As well as offering the most competitive rates, the chosen supplier(s) should be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Halton, media specialism, provide comparative media analysis, advise on new media techniques and offer support in research, planning and delivery of advertising campaigns.
