## Description

Halton Borough Council is looking for supplier\(s\) to provide either: media buying services; direct provision of print or online/digital advertising\.Advertising forms an important part of the Council's overall marketing activity and is used to promote/deliver statutory and other relevant information about the Council services to the residents of Halton\.As well as offering the most competitive rates, the chosen supplier\(s\) should be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Halton, media specialism, provide comparative media analysis, advise on new media techniques and offer support in research, planning and delivery of advertising campaigns\.
