## Description

This project sets out the requirements for the Oldham and Rochdale Integrated Adult Substance Misuse Service\. Oldham and Rochdale Councils have worked collaboratively for the last 5 years to deliver a jointly commissioned service for adults needing community treatment across both boroughs\. This collaborative arrangement is continuing with this revised service specification\.
