Homes England - Strategic Research, Evaluation and Economics Framework - TCFD Phase 3 Implementation

The overall vision for this work is to equip Agency colleagues with the information and knowledge to make a credible disclosure within the strategy pillar of TCFD.\r The following objectives have been defined for this project:\r • Identify scenarios, and pathways within those scenarios, that enable meaningful and credible assessment of climate related risk and resilience over the short, medium and long-term \r • Assist with the identification and refinement of climate risks and opportunities that could materially affect strategy and financial position, ensuring alignment with the agency's existing corporate risk reporting mechanisms and the Treasury TCFD requirements\r • Advise on the high-level impacts on strategy and financial position and planning for each scenario.\r • Work with agency colleagues to identify factors and controls that the agency has in place that enable or detract from resilience or opportunity maximisation\r • Advise on the further steps needed to fully quantify financial risk
