Provision of Consultancy for Facilities Management Asset Data and Service Standards

Analysis and evaluation of information collected by OGP from across approx. 16 government departments; Liaison with stakeholders where appropriate, to clarify or obtain additional information to support research; Identification and analysis of gaps, opportunities and industry best practice; Production of a final report containing evidence and findings along with draft standards, maturity tools and guidance.
