To provide a single EPOS solution capable of supporting all of Tatton Park's core commercial operations. To replace current point of sale hardware and software. To provide good quality and easily accessible managementinformation. Be able to provide an online ticketing solution and to provide additional software services andbenefits for example a CRM system. Provide ongoing maintenance, support and servicing for the solution, for a maximum of 6 years (inclusive of implementation time).
