This publication is for transparency purposes only\. This contract is for the provision of a consolidated IT Procurement Strategy Service and Renewal Management service, awarded via the Crown Commercial Services \(CCS\) G-Cloud 12 Framework Service ID 931633984772794\. The contract value stated is for an initial 2 year term with the option to extend for a further 1\+1 years extending the value to potentially £40,000,000 depending on the extension options\. The potential estimated pass-through value inclusive of mark-up is £10,000,000 p\.a\. This is a non-exclusive contract and the MoJ makes no guarantee of any spend at all and furthermore, makes no guarantee that future spend shall be on a similar level\.
