Retail Banks Compliance Research

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) has ordered 21 retail banks across GB and Northern Ireland to display prominently in all their bricks and mortar branches the results of independent customer surveys of service quality. The CMA is now commissioning compliance research i.e. 'mystery shopping' in a sample of branches of each of these banks to ensure compliance with the Order.
