Gloucestershire County Council Provision of Garden Waste Treatment Description: Gloucestershire County Council is seeking tenders for the provision and operation of a garden waste \(Contract Waste\) treatment service, in four separate lots, bidders may bid for one or more lots\. Bidders will be required to provide a treatment and bulking and haulage \(if required\) service; the use of sub-contractors is acceptable for any part of the service\.
