CCS008/2016 Green Waste Composting Service

Middlesbrough Council on behalf of the four Tees Valley Councils, comprising, Hartlepool Borough Council , Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council and Stockton on Tees Borough Council are jointly procuring the treatment of green wastes collected by each Council from with their area. Such treatment may include composting or other suitable biological treatments resulting in a useful end product
