Middlesbrough Council on behalf of the four Tees Valley Councils, comprising, Hartlepool Borough Council , Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council and Stockton on Tees Borough Council are jointly procuring the treatment of green wastes collected by each Council from with their area\.
