## Description

RBWM is looking to appoint a suitable organisation to provide the required occupational health services which incorporate activities such as : -Online pre-placement health screening for all prospective employees\. -Sickness absence management -Option to include a face-to-face consultation, with either an Occupational Health Advisor \(OHA\) or Occupational Health Physician \(OHP\) if deemed appropriate by RBWM\. Face-to-face consultations to be provided on site or at a site no more than 10 miles outside the boundaries of the Borough\. -Ill-health retirement approval in accordance with the Local Government Pension Scheme and the Teachers' Pension Scheme rules\. -Provision of ad hoc OH advice to HR Business Partners The contract awarded as a result of this Request for Proposal \(RFP\) will be for 2\+1 yrs\. The RFP for this service was hosted on https://public\.bravosolution\.co\.uk/web/login\.html\. Additional information: The awarded contract is for 2 yrs\. There is an option to extend for a further 1 yr\.
