Nature of the work:

Rectification of outbreak of wet rot and dry rot affecting large timber bressummer beam within basement area of this flat and corridor floor communal area. Works include tanking, plastering, decoration and checking common services within the flat as well as sequential working within the corridor area to reinstate existing below ground Edwardian cavity tanking and re-routing services.
