## Description

The UKHSA is seeking to procure a Risk Management Software solution to support enterprise-wide risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and reporting\. The solution should enable integration with existing governance frameworks, provide configurable dashboards, and support automated workflows for risk escalation and audit trails\. The contract will cover licensing, for a period of 12 months, with an option to extend for an additional 12 months subject to performance and budget availability\.
