Work description
Renewal of floor coverings to the Bedrooms in Ledbury Building Halls of residence and communal/kitchens areas of the AEH and EBB Buildings Halls of Residence, including agreed rates for any ad hoc additional works for a period of 12 months.
Total quantity of work to be agreed with preferred bidder. Schedule of rates is required to be completed by each contractor and submitted in excel format.
