Work description
Rossendale Borough Council (RBC) is seeking tender submissions from suitably experienced, skilled and qualified service providers (each a Tenderer) to enter into a Management Agreement (the Agreement) in respect of the operation and management of Rawtenstall Market Hall and site (the Market). The successful Tenderer will retain the fees payable by traders and pay a fee and profit dividend to the Council (the Fee).
