## Description

The Council's current Umbraco 7 Content Management System \(CMS\) has an end-of-life date of September 2023\. To maintain compliance, we need to upgrade our installation of Umbraco 7 which serves dudley\.gov\.uk to a minimum of the latest iteration of Umbraco 8\. It is the Council's intention to move from the current on-premise software to a cloud-based Umbraco platform in 2024/25\. The Council will require a level of warranty support to cover the upgrade until we move over to the cloud-based Umbraco platform\. It is a requirement of the contract that the successful Supplier must be an Umbraco Gold Partner\.
