Valuation of Assets 2016

To value all of the assets as per the schedule of sites appended to the brief dated 29th September 2015 with the exception of those assets which are to be removed following briefing meetings with HCA's North West Operating Area Teams. 2. To value the assets in accordance with the Valuation Information Notes (2016 VIN) and Annual Valuation Guidelines 15/16. 3. The valuations are to be completed in accordance with the following timetable - tranche 1 by 22nd January, tranche 2 19th February and tranche 3 14th March 2016.
