Mental Health Floating Support Service

Description

Doncaster council are procuring a floating support service for individuals who are struggling with their Mental Health. The service will help them maximise independent living skills, support those at risk of crisis and losing their tenancy/home The Council are looking to contract with one succesful provider via an open procurement procedure under the light touch regime The initial contract term is for 24 months (2 years). There will be the option for a further 2X12 month extensions giving a maximum term of 48 months (4 years)
