To provide consistent, confidential, reliable and independent oversight of the Lcndcr participating in the Schemes going forward \(the "schemes Audit Advisory Services"\)\. Additional information: Direct Award in line with BBB procedures due to need to select and appoint a supplier without a conflict for the audit processes required\. This provided sufficient rationale to award in this manner in line with own internal rules\.
