The licenses Must be N365 licenses as negotiated with NHS Digital/Microsoft and usable with the NHS Digital Shared Tenant Administration and management of these licenses must be readily managed alongside any of our existing Microsoft licenses and alongside any further additions to the EA The licenses must be purchased in the form of an Enterprise agreement with Microsoft
