## Description

The Money and Pensions Service \(MaPS\) requires an external advertising/creative agency to provide support to the internal MaPS marketing team in the formulation and delivery of media campaigns\. This will include both the current Pension Freedoms and upcoming Cost of Living campaigns\. The agency will be required to carry out the following: Develop creative strategy for new campaigns or update and optimize current campaigns Develop and deliver new creative Communications planning Support research requirements Analyze campaign performance Develop campaign propositions
