Anti-Social Behaviour - eLearning solution - AWARD

Description

The Anti-Social Behaviour Team manage the investigation of reported ASB within Sandwell. This duty is shared with local housing services, who are responsible for the management of initial reports and low level ongoing ASB. A need for an ongoing programme of training has been identified and this will include ongoing eLearning and refresher training across a variety of disciplines. A supplier is sought for a pre-prepared eLearning module tailored to this function.
