***Please note this contract has been awarded through CCS RM1557.10 G Cloud 10*** The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) has a requirement for a supplier to; • Refinement and communication of the DDaT Operating Model, Service Delivery Model and Governance Framework. • Supporting the identification of Service & Process Owners, coaching them in the roles, • Review, refinement and agreement of IT Process designs, including a fully prioritised backlog of User Stories for each process, • Design of a Logical Service Architecture that describes the relationship between IT components and the BEIS business units. • Resolution of the Critical issues highlighted in the ACE report. • Upgrade of the ServiceNow instance to the latest release. • Creation of a fully costed and detailed plan for the full implementation of agreed operational processes. • A proposal from Mozaic to deliver this plan either on a fixed-price or Time & Materials basis.
