## Description

The main objectives of this contract are to:\\r • Develop a comprehensive Social Value Framework and model that can be used to assess the social impacts of a wide range of Mersey Forest Projects\.\\r • Engage with companies with ESG targets and policies to ensure that the Framework meets their needs\.\\r • Co-create the Framework with a range of stakeholders, including the Mersey Forest Team and an advisory group set up by the successful tenderer\.\\r
