Independent advice on the introduction of B-Mex into the Business Retail Market

Description

The Supplier shall provide the following services to the customer, particularly focussed on: 1) Whether a B-MeX type incentive could - in principle - effectivelyincentivise wholesalers to improve their services in a way that improvesthe end customer experience, given that business retailers areresponsible for providing the main customer interface; and 2) Identification and assessment of key policy issues that need to beconsidered in the detailed design of a B-MeX type incentive.
