## Description

The media monitoring service is NHS England's main media monitoring service across all UK media and health publications \(both print and online\)\. The contract was initially procured by the communications team to monitor, analyse and evaluate media coverage\. Including the provision for customers to also access self-service tools to monitor and analyse social media\. The contract was procured via the Crown Commercial Service \(CCS\) framework RM6134- Media Monitoring and Associated Services\.
