GB-Bristol: Horizontal well and outfall pipe construction - Woodside Development

Description

These works are for the first stage of developing land at Woodside Nursery (Cheshire) into a forest nursery. The horizontal well is to be a water source for irrigation. The outfall is to accommodate pumping test water and potential future field drainage to facilitate the growth and harvesting of several million trees by draining excess water from land into a neighbouring lake plus allow interception of drainage water for storage (to be installed at a later stage). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
