Work description
Waltham Forest Council invites proposals from a multi-disciplinary urban design team which will be comprised of specialists in urban and landscape design to provide services which will enable completion of RIBA stages 3-5 for the section of highway on Forest Road E17 between Farnan Avenue and Shernhall St.
