(DPS 5794) Platform Housing: Retrofit Installer

Description

Platform Housing Limited has secured funding from the BEIS' Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund to improve the energy efficiency of 100 socially rented domestic properties by 31 March 2023, and have appointed a Contractor to carry out a programme of whole-house retrofits using a fabric first approach to install energy efficiency measures (excluding fossil fuels) to improve the Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) of a number of domestic properties located within the West and East Midlands. Measures to be installed include: Insulation (EWI, CWI, loft), Windows, Doors, Ventilation, Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV panels, enabling works.
