South Kesteven District Council needs to appoint a provider to supply the green bin stickers and associated services. Green bin sticker broad specification as below: Specification - Weatherproof, tamperproof, scratchproof sticker Adhesive Permanent Type Label Base Colour White Height 99mm Width 79mm Shape Rectangular

Integrated sticker letter specification 40,000 A4 sheets printed colour to front and reverse with integral removable sticker. Subscribers must receive their label letter within 5 working days of the supplier receiving the data file.

Renewal / new subscriber letters specification 5,000 A4 sheets printed front and reverse single colour (black). Personalise, fold, and insert into C5 envelope. The envelope will provided by the supplier and included in your bid. Post 2nd class direct to subscribers addresses.

For financial year 2022/23, there are approximately 31,000 households subscribing to the scheme. In your expression of interest, please indicate if your company can supply these stickers and associated services, turnaround time and indicative costs. Please send your interest to procurement@southkesteven.gov.uk before 5pm deadline on the 15th Nov 2022
