## Description

This is a Contract Award Notice\. The objective of this procurement is to identify and appoint an expert evaluator to successfully deliver the initial phases of an M&E Programme for IUK's new LMT programmes \(starting from March 2022\) through two phases of work with the following overarching and specific aims: Phase 1 - Development of a portfolio-level M&E framework; Phase 2 - Implementation of the framework through programme-level M&E plans\.
