## Description

The works consists of: • Vegetation Clearance as show on drawings\. • Various areas areas of loose mortar on the Parapet need to be raked out and re-pointed\. Areas with Vegetation growth need to cleared, repointed & Treated with EA Approved Weed Killer\. See Contract Drawing\. • Pier Repointing required\. See contract drawing • Refilling some gabion baskets Parapet repointing & Vegetation to be undertaken under 2 way lights\. Access to the pier is difficult but it is thought that scaffolding would be suitable
