## Description

The council is seeking providers to deliver new Children and Family Centre Services within Warwickshire in 5 Lots to replace the existing Warwickshire Children's Centres\. The service will include the following core elements: 1\. Coordination and administration of the designated Children & Family Centres and associated outreach provision; 2\. Provision of a range of stay, play and learn opportunities; 3\. Locality and community development, including volunteer coordination\. The service is available to families with children and young people pre-birth to 19 \(or 25 for those with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities\)\. After selection, there are dialogue stages, a tender stage, a negotiation/clarification stage and award\. TUPE will apply to this procurement process\.
