GB-Maidstone: Catering Facilities Head Office Site

Golding Homes are moving to a new head office. As part of this, there is a cafe space which us currently available to a catering provider who wishes to set up a facility within the head office. This will be a fully negotiated procedure which focusses on getting the correct solution for the site including support of local initiatives and SME's. This is not a competitive procurement for the purposes of the Concession Regulations as it is not of a high enough value, nor is any risk transferred back to Golding Homes. The site must be live by 1st April 2019.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
