To undertake a financial mapping project\. This project will involve working with ICBs and councils to identify the types of support and associated costs, provide to a group of up to twenty individuals in the community \(before and after an admission\) and whilst they are in hospital Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
