Work description
Mansfield District Council is seeking to appoint a contractor for the conversion of Shire Oaks Business Centre into Residential Units under a JCT 2016 Intermediate Works Building Contract with Contractors Design. Nottingham City are undertaking the procurement exercise on their behalf. The contract length is 12 weeks.
