## Description

Call-off agreement under the terms & conditions of the HCA Multidisciplinary Panel\. \(https://www\.gov\.uk/government/publications/hca-contracts-and-tenders\)\. The appointed consultants will play a key role in the preparation of planning applications on the Yorke Drive/Lincoln Road Playing Field and Seven Hills sites examining all highways and transport issues related to each site and determining an overall strategy in support of the applications\.
