## Description

The Authority is seeking a single suitably qualified Contractor to provide the Council with a delivery point facility for waste collected from gullies\. The Contractor's delivery point must be within 20 miles of Oliver Close, West Thurrock, and have at least two working weighbridges for entrance and egress\.
