Call off Contract Under Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for Self-Employment Courses for Prisoners at HMP Oakwood\. The Supplier will deliver an accredited e-commerce self-employment course whilst focussing on the development of an e-commerce business, shall have regard to learners' general personal development\. For example: coping with setbacks; success and failure; motivation; working alone etc\. The primary purpose of the course shall be to provide learners with accredited qualifications and self-employment immediately upon release in the field of e-commerce\.
