## Description

RBK's current Total Property & Facilities Management \(TPFM\) contract with Equans terminates 30 September 2022\. It is being replaced with a range of specialist services contracts, with some operational activities and service management being brought in-house\. This transformation will be complex with several critical work-strands to demobilise and remobilise to form a new FM service from 01/10/22\. Due to the complex nature of the change and limited capacity and capability in-house, it is proposed that MM is engaged to support and drive the delivery of the demobilisation/remobilisation phase of work\. The key objective is getting the service "match fit" for this new FM arrangement, to maximise value and enable a successful transition to the new model, realising the benefits anticipated and mitigating the identified risks\.
