Cumberland Council (Authority) require the Contractor to complete the condition surveys listed below: SCANNER surveys on all identified A, B and C roads throughout Cumberland SCRIM Surveys on all identified A Class roads, plus additional sections throughout Cumberland. Contract has now been extended.
