Purchase of electricity from solar panels for Shildon Sunnydale Leisure Centre via a PPA

Due to the demolition of the adjacent Academy, a procurement exercise is required by DCC to ensure the Leisure Centre retains access to the cheaper, greener electricity. This is a unique opportunity resulting from these circumstances and only a single supplier is able to provide the service.
